1. Immediate Cancellation (Within 5 Minutes)
We understand that mistakes happen. If you cancel your booking within 5 minutes of making the reservation, you will receive a full refund with no penalties or fees.

2. Advanced Cancellation (More than 24 Hours)
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled parking time, you will receive a full refund.
- 100% refund of parking fees
- Platform fees are refunded
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days
- Email confirmation sent immediately
3. Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled parking time are not eligible for refunds.
Why this policy?
This protects our hosts who have reserved the spot for you and may not be able to find another renter on short notice.
4. Special Circumstances
We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in the following situations:
- Medical emergencies: Documentation may be required
- Natural disasters: Weather-related cancellations in affected areas
- Host cancellation: If the host cancels, you receive a full refund
- Spot unavailable: If the parking spot becomes inaccessible

- Go to "My Bookings"
- Find your reservation
- Click "Cancel Booking"
- Confirm cancellation

6. Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
- Immediate cancellations: Instant refund
- Credit cards: 3-5 business days
- Debit cards: 1-3 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
